Pros

Good benefits; state of the art technology and good office environment; great co-workers

Cons

Too many changes have been made too quickly. It has been extremely difficult for staff to provide excellent service to customers with the excessive number of changes.

Great Place to Work!

Pros

very flexible and belief in personal development. overall good leadership and good opportunities for advancement. compared to other places I've worked, this place is awesome! you are allowed to manage your own time and projects and you do not feel micro-managed. Also, the CEO seems like a real genuine guy (compared to other CEOs I've had experience with).

Cons

the association is in a major period of transition right now, so that is a bit challenging, both for new and old employees.
