I have been so thrilled that every dollar I spend toward my health coverage is toward actual cost of our needs vs. the premiums I have paid in the past with very little use of the benefit.

Cons

I love it here. I can't imagine going elsewhere. I have seen what is outside and this is my favorite place EVER.

Farm Credit Mid-America is a stable growing company with a purpose to serve rural America. FCMA is owned by it's members and has integrity and heart. The culture is very cohesive.

Cons

Nothing bad to say about FCMA. Good pay, good benefits, good boss, not micromanaged. Best place I have ever worked.
