Adjusters were held to a high standard of production and efficiency however, if an adjuster recorded their time incorrectly just 3 times in a pay period they were subject to immediate termination. Errors in time recording through the company provided time-punch app could sometimes occur because of latency issues if the adjuster was in an area with poor data service but almost no leeway was given for this. I once witnessed a team member with more than 30 years experience with the company be fired due to having 3 time recording errors during a single pay period.
