Pros

Permanent work from home which relieves the stress of uncertainty of life disrupt at any given moment being called back to the office, great management, fair compensation, 401k match, work/life balance, encouraged to take a break from your day to chat with coworkers on their internal “Facebook” site, management trusts their employees to get the job done, this company truly gets flexibility - I couldn’t be happier with my career and I’m proud to be a Farmers employee.

Cons

It would be nice to have a couple more holidays off but so minor compared to all the good things the company has to offer
