Cons

Claim volume is through the roof, no accountability from anyone including leadership. Company overloads it’s workers on a continual basis…high rates of attrition don’t help. 95% of management does not have your back and exemplify the term “manage”. Company preaches mental health but then when you need extended time due to Covid related deaths they deny you benefits and do nothing to assist. 18 year career with one other carrier. This was the WORST company to work for.

Pros

They had a good 401k match and the work was fairly easy. The coworkers were good people, too.

Cons

The employees clearly didn't care about their work, constantly referring to other insurance companies as better. They had very long meetings for the SDEs every quarter that were huge wastes of time and felt like kindergarten.
