      The people within Farmers Insurance that I've met are all generally really nice.

      Cons

      Lack of training makes the job difficult to do. The lack of support offered makes it even more challenging to make money.

      Pros

      For a younger employee the benefits are quite good including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, HSA/FSA, Disability leave. Pay is mediocre for the demands of the workload. Some very intelligent & kind coworkers.

      Cons

      Litigation/Claims is extremely demanding with high expectations. Less & less new employees brought onboard when others would leave, high caseloads. Very high stress working conditions. Clients want nothing to do with us no matter how hard we try to help them.

      Plenty of PTO and can work up to 35 days off.

      Cons

      The finance department tries to run the whole company and doesn't understand most of it. They are simply "only tolerated" by the rest of the company.
