Farmers does exceptionally well at providing great customer service through ease of contact, quick payouts to customers with claims, and the different type of coverages that we provide.

Cons

Prices seem to be higher than other insurance companies for very similar apples to apples coverage policies for reasons I don't quite fully understand.
