Flexible work/life balance, low stress for the most part. Friendly people, typically no tight deadlines.

Cons

Terrible revolving door mgmt. There is no standard or process for developing or deploying machine learning/data science models. Mgmt has no idea how much value they add, how to leverage machine learning/data science to make money. They just aren't technically savvy enough to provide a real data science dept.
