Many good people work here.

Cons

The structure of an agency is lonely, and completely affected my corporate's decisions. The DOI and Corporate make it nearly impossible to serve your client's best interests and one has to jump through so many hoops to keep your clients that it's difficult to get new prospects interested on anything other than price. If you're not the cheapest, then why should they switch if you can even offer the prospect insurance at all.
