It does not pay well at all to work here. I worked here over 3 years and had my pay cut in half by poor upper management decisions. High-performance culture came out with the new CEO and its all went downhill for workers The effort you must put in went up while the pay went down. MicroManangement became the new approach. Even with consistent feedback from employees in surveys things did not change. I was able to see all of the remarks employees made asking for better pay and advocated for it. However, It all fell on deaf ears, from the top down.

Needs to add more benefits for employees
