Farmers Insurance Group reviews

The company has been poorly ran for years. The current CEO is a Zurich puppet and doesn't care about the employees. The technology and systems used are outdated. Attempts to bring in newer (but still dated) systems results in system issues for corporate employees, the agency force, and insureds. There is no sense of urgency to resolve these issues. Projects are assigned that do not improve the business but allows management to say their teams are keeping busy. Resources (people, money, etc) are not used wisely. Recent layoffs. Leadership preaches work/life balance yet tells you to work more because you're salaried.
