Pros
-None. They are awful and dishonest.
Cons
-They avoid paying benefits by having general managers open offices with their personal insurance license and keeping the staff on a separate pay roll so that the government can't mandate them to offer proper benefit packages for a company their size. -They routinely lie to salespeople and prospective salespeople regarding commission-confusing restructuring. They blame the government, but it is a company-wide initiative to reduce presence in California by forcing people to quit voluntarily. -They use fearmongers to sell insurance, and the company incentivizes them to come after senior citizens the hardest with junk "investments." -Insurance as an industry is boring and god awful. -They expect you to pay for all your certifications. It can be as much as $3,000.
