Work For Individual Agency Owner

Pros

CSR is answering the phones, servicing client accounts, and assisting your agency owner to help their business be strong in Customer Service with Clients. Change out a vehicle, quote a vehicle, business, or home, take a payment, print documents for clients, and submit claims. If Agent Owner is off you are off on holiday. Growth in learning!

Cons

No health insurance, No 401K, No set vacation time off, and low hourly wage.

Pros

The company itself is not bad, but, depending on your agent will determine how much you get paid, benefits, ect. The distric I’m in is very helpful and nice.

Cons

I work for a new agent, so it’s basically worthless. I have no benefits, low pay and if I don’t meet crazy high requirements, i risk losing my job. My base pay is trash. I make more than my agent, and still worry about losing my position.
