      Everyone in Finance/Data tries their best to be helpful and welcoming. The mentoring program is a great way to find direction for the uncertain and gain insights into how to do well.

      Cons

      Training was OK at best. Someone who also got OK training shares everything they can with you to help you do your job. Resources are available, but not well organized, so looking for concrete answers can be challenging unless you know the right person who has the specific knowledge needed. New products were being added without really looking at how things would impact other products or the systems being used.
