      Unreasonable expectations and poor leadership

      Pros

      Lots of autonomy, nice office space, decent training program for staff, opportunity to do lots of different things which was great

      Cons

      Very poor leadership and unreasonable expectations of the agents and staff. No one should start without getting licensed first. Our leader should have been more involved and tolerated way too much toxic behavior I believe because he is not experienced enough to deal with it. Very high turnover.

      Pros

      They are consistently lying, so there is the consistency.

      Cons

      They try to sell you on selling your friends and family. The product is NOT priced well. You ARE a captive agent. and You will NOT make a ton of money even though that's what they insinuate. They WILL give you advice to sell decreasing term and if you let the DM or State office know about it they WILL TERMINATE your contract.
