Pros

No Micro-management. You are trained well and given the tools and support needed without being watched over. Competitive benefits package Plenty of "perks" Great people to work with! Farmers hires the best! positive environment without inter-office drama.

Cons

Extensive virtual training program can be redundant at times and work load can interfere with training upportunities as trainers tend to be too stressed and busy to spend adequate time with the trainee.

Pros

The salary is very good, our annual review bonus is generous and we get affordable full benefits. There is also company car access and a corporate card. Farmers is also so new to NJ, there is plenty of room for growth within the company, and it is actually encouraged by your managers. The younger office environment makes it for a comfortable workplace and is allowing us to grow the office together.

Cons

The numbers we need to hit each year do not seem too daunting, but when you first start it can get frustrating when you have a high number of "no-shows." Once you're in your groove, that becomes a bit easier.
