      Freedom of your schedule (so they say)

      No training, first customers are your learning guinea pigs, they pitch a great opportunity and freedom in your schedule, but in all reality you will work sun up to sun down and everything in between with no clue where to start or what to do.

      Credit Union, Many locations to work for.

      Cons

      Micro managed, the rules were so strict it was like being in grade school. There was a zero level of trust between management and staff. Way too much Nepotism.

      Pros

      401k is vested immediately. The HelpPoint offices have ping pong in the break rooms. It is a large company so finding a job in another city is always possible.

      Cons

      Claims jobs are tedious and really never change. You will be doing the same thing every day, with very few challenges (except to work faster). A good portion of the day will be spent dealing with system issues. This means that on some days, you will not be able to perform your work as required, or will have to go back and redo work that you have already done.
