      Pros

      Farmers has provided me a lot of opportunity to learn and gain market knowledge and certifications in my chosen field. They have an excellent university with lots of online classes and seminars. They also emphasize work life balance.

      Limited promotional opportunities in my division.

      Some really great co-workers. It was a really great place to be when it still had that Foremost feel to it.

      Cons

      This company is strictly about the numbers. Pay less on claims. Give less on raises. Cut departments down. Slash experienced high level performers. You want to work for a big corporation - here you go.
