Pros
Peer staff is wonderful. Educational opportunities. Competitive pay. Great dress code (jeans). Agents and customers are wonderful to work with.
Cons
Middle manager protect their interests over employees. HR department will not keep employee concerns private and they do not take action on legitimate employee concerns. Company focus has dramatically shifted from customer to cost cutting. The Open Door Policy is anything but. If you question a policy you can expect to be made so miserable you will leave and then your manager will mark you as "not eligible for rehire" which makes getting any other job nearly impossible. The only reason I am staying on is because of what I am hearing about what FIG will say to those that have left and how hard it is for any former employee to find work.
