      You have a contract -

      The contract is very one-sided and the corporate side of the fence has changed and looks at agents on a spreadsheet. You are a number - not a person. The District Managers have been relationship driven and were successful in that dynamic - now they are being pulled into the Corporate arena and less people oriented - which is the basis of what makes Insurance work with the consumers.

      Pros

      Great agent to work for-lots of fun and totally a fantastic company to work for. Was able to work full time and still raise my children. Was allowed to pick up my child if sick from school and take them to work with me if needed. There was a TV and a video player to occupy them during work.

      Talk a good game & strategy is sound. Solid claims experience. Great brand image due to commercials.

      Poor execution, less than motivated agents & employees, poor attention to details, not easy to do business with, poor training in key areas necessary to compete with other brands,
