      I was in the auto subrogation office. An exceptional working environment, friendly, relaxed and exceptional teamwork.

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere. Good benefits. Subrogation is Monday - Friday. Weekends and most holidays paid. Ongoing training. Company supports you advancing your career or even transferring to a different dept.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better. You get a specific numbers of pto (paid time off) depending on number of years there; which have to be used for sick, emergency, and vacation days, etc. They are not separate. If you are unfortunate to have a lengthy illness, it may use up the vacation pto days you had planned. Unknown how obmacare will affect benefits.

      To many chiefs running the show. It has gone a bit haywire.

      Just not the place if they don't like you

      They aren't going out of business. Flexible scheduling in some M-F positions Great benefits.

      Cons

      They create an environment for success or failure based upon whether they like you personally. They will say they want you to succeed and plan your exit simultaneously. High stress work. High pressure to rush through work. Assembly- line atmosphere High turn-over.
