      Pros

      Nice group of people to work with. Great location and given the freedom to do my job. Great way to meet a lot of different people.

      Cons

      Lots of pressure from Corporate-runs down hill and burns out the Managers at the local level. Long established agents don't adjust well to change.

      People Number of different avenues to pursue in the insurance industry Salary increases based on the number of tests you can pass

      Cons

      Customers were tough to deal with at times. The workload was at most times not sufficient with the time required to complete.

      Pros

      The best reason to work here was the people. They were so nice and easy going. I have never worked with others that are so determined to see you succeed in your career.

      Cons

      Overall, there weren't many downsides to working for this company, except for the pay. I had a job that didn't pay much mainly because it was a beginning position.
