      No experience required Great pay for a first job out of college Mobility - Farmers is a national company and Zurich is global Potential for lateral job movement Benefits Respectful colleagues

      Pros

      I really enjoyed a number of my coworkers. They would do whatever possible to assist you but ultimately your claims are your files and your responsibility.

      Cons

      The department standards were unrealistic and made every day a stressful one. It was almost impossible to leave your work at the office because once you go home you know how much you still have to try and get caught up on when you return the next day. They also do not provide you with enough resources and continual training to be successful at your job.
