Pros
Fabulous training. Training is long and thorough, with time to exercise each skill on the floor individually before learning another skill. Great recognition, incentives are great. Have only been here a few months and have taken advantage of DOUBLE over time pay due to call volume. Insurance. Extra 2k a year for working any shift after 12 pm. benefits start next month from hire date. Pay is good to other call centers, Farmers will pay up front for college courses.
Cons
Cant use PTO Until after 2 months of being on the floor (which is on top of 9 weeks of training). can't get above a certain pay grade without a bachelor's degree, which is kind of depressing. can't bid for another shift (either different hours, or different days off) until SIX MONTHS from actually being on the floor, for me, W/L balance is off because I have a child and only see her for a short period after im home (12-845 shift)
