The expectations are almost always off the charts and not obtainable in a reasonable amount of time, i often found my self working lunches and late at night trying to get all the work done in accordance to their "standards" plus i would work a lot of weekends also. Just be prepared to work a lot of over time and NOT get paid for it. The day i quit that place after lasting 3 1/2 years was honestly like a ton of stress was lifted off of my shoulders...I would strongly advise anyone considering a career here to think twice....

Management does not take decisions made into consideration They expect a LOT of work to be done in 40 hours a week and do not give overtime Hard to get the work done in the 40 hrs required.
