They offer remote work and there are more positions that just customer service.

Cons

They pick and choose who they want to look out for. Your supervisor can make or break your career there. You have to stay in the position for a year. The csa role is stressful.

Only pro was remote work

Cons

Programs and processes are broken with no ETA for fixes. When associates. make suggestions for process improvement they are dismissed. Had to tell customers they to wait 3 months for overpayment refunds due to lack of staffing to process refunds!

Everything else! Horrible Management, even more horrible supervisors as they have been there for 15+ years! You will get fired for doing a good job and meeting all your metrics so they can bring in a new group with lower pay.
