      Great work environment with a healthy approach toward both corporate and individual career growth.

      Pros

      Often looking for opportunities to promote from within. Healthy bonus at the end of the year. No sick days or vacation days. It is all PTO time which is based mostly on position rather than tenure. As a staff accountant I get 4 weeks of PTO.

      Cons

      Being a smaller bank, some of the benefits do not match up to what a larger company can offer.
