Fast has a very tight nit culture that welcomes new employees and employees new to a one of the multiple sites as part of the Fastie group immediately. Fasties will often organize and participate in multiple activities after work, and in general are active within the community. Moving is part of the job (average of every 2-5 years) and the company does a great job ensuring that its employees move is as smooth and comfortable as possible. The logistics of the move are completely handled, so all that is left is finding the housing you will occupy for the extent of your stay in that city. Fast sponsors many events for its employees to build stronger relationships outside of the office and compensates its employees very well. I will likely never see a benefits package of the quality that Fast offers to its employees. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Fast to this point and expect nothing less as I progress my career with this company.

Working with Fast means that I'm doing something both meaningful and important each day. Our software touches many people's lives and you are given a great deal of responsibility right from the start. Fast also recognizes hard work both financially and individually. Because of the size of the company, you get credit for work performed. Fast is also at the top of the market of what they do - and it's great to work for a place that is absolutely the best in the market. Fast values family and encourages people to enjoy their time off. They value open communication and "doing the work that needs to be done". This means that you get to participate in a lot of different roles within your job. If you want a fancy title, then this may not be the place for you. But if you want to be rewarded and recognized for the work that you do, then this is a perfect place!
