great benefits, ability to relocate, learning opportunities, company's investment into workers, ability to see the world. Executives are always improving benefits and care about a work-life balance. There are opportunities to grow within the organization. You are always surrounded by talented individuals whom all work together to develop creative solutions for clients.

Cons

The need to relocate can be an issue for some families. At times, deadlines can require overtime, however employees are compensated for hard work.

They address the following for me: Autonomy, Relatedness, and Competence. The leadership allows me to decide most things about my assigned tasks. My tasks relate to my goals and values. My tasks add to my ability to grow and expand my skills and talents.

Cons

You are not fed from a hose of readily available information, you have to use your own initiative and drive to find some of the information that others find through relationships or informal channels. Sometimes social media is more aware than management.

I love the variety in the work we do. We build solutions that impact millions of people and help improve efficiency in government, a traditionally inefficient sector. The people we work with are top notch and always keen to help. I get an opportunity to see the world, moving for stints in different countries and across the US. This is something that most people never have the opportunity to do in their lives.

Cons

It is hard to identify cons when talking about Fast. People work hard and that sometimes leads to long hours. Focusing on your work and maximizing the effectiveness of your time is a good way to try to mitigate long hours.
