      Pros

      The management really cares about all employees, from new staff (like myself) to those who have been here for a lot longer. They are constantly engaged with staff to find out what best they can do to ensure we are comfortable and able to work at our best.

      Pros

      -Our work provides immediate, and often public facing, rewards when we can see our efforts provide the pubic with better options for government service than they had before. -The people that work at FAST are some of the greatest team members I had ever hoped for in that they are fun to engage with, work as hard as is necessary, and are generally positive people.

      Cons

      -Client demands can lead to stressful workload and it is an constant, difficult task to manage their expectations on scope of work and timelines for solution implementation.

      Pros

      Fast takes care of its employees with lots of benefits. I enjoy the aspect of being able to live in and experience different places due to relocating every few years. Fast is proactive in many areas and is constantly generating new activities & processes to keep the company connected & streamlined. It is a rewarding place to work.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work can be difficult or not very exciting. But in my experience, most of the time that is not the case.
