A welcoming community, so much more than I thought
Pros
Though I have only been here a little over 6 months, I feel like a very respected and welcome member of the Fast family. I relocated from university to a completely new place far away from home, and was pleasantly suprised by how much Fast puts into making you feel welcome and settle in. There are social events regularly with work colleagues, and the people I am surrounded by on the daily are always approachable and checking in. Genuinely really enjoying it here and I didn't expect to feel like that at all within first year!
Cons
Sometimes there are really important things to get finished under strict time constraints, so a little hard work is required to meet these. But shouldn't that be the case for anything, is you want to achieve great things?
