      Great Company and Challenging Work

      Pros

      - Fast treats employees well. Good benefits and pay - Fun to move around to new places and experience different cultures/people - Relatively flat structure provides opportunities for leadership fairly early on - There are always new things to learn.

      Cons

      - Management between sites is not always consistent. It can be a good thing, you get to learn from different styles of people and leaders, but it can also be frustrating at times to have to adjust to different expectations so frequently. - The company can have a frat boy feel at times. The "work hard play hard" mentality that people talk about is really "work hard drink hard". There are a lot of fun events, though, even sans drinking. - Of course, if you want to shine and be noticed, you'd better expect to put in overtime hours. Work/life balance in that environment can be difficult.
