Great place to work
Pros
Relocation - I have had a chance to live in some places I never thought possible. They work very hard to make the relocation process as smooth as possible. Culture - Friendly, social, and helpful coworkers. All about the "work hard, play hard" culture. Since everyone relocates, they are all fairly social, which definitely makes the relocation aspect easier. Benefits - Overtime pay; great compensation and benefits Satisfaction - I am challenged everyday, and feel like I am improving the project and myself. It is a growing company, but there is still a family feel to it. They hold a yearly conference with the entire company where you can catch up with friends that you have made on past sites.
Cons
Relocation - It is definitely an overall pro of the company, but you may need to move with little notice and to a place that may not be your top choice (since it depends on project priority and your skills) Work/life balance - On busy projects, this area can struggle. During this time, they also encourage team outings and dinners show that the hard work is appreciated.
