9yFast Switch pays about 70% of the cost of Medical coverage and we wish the cost was lower! Our insurance cost is lower than 75% of companies in the US. In addition, our coverage has some nice benefits including 100% coverage if/when the deductible is met and a MSA that allows you to put in tax free dollars for coverage. We wish we had a solution to lower medical coverage costs. We bid out our plan annually to ensure that our plan is competitive as possible.
