Pros

Each shop is individually owned and operated, so it will vary. -Alright benefits, but not enough to rely on for anything huge. -Great hands-on work for beginner graphic designers. -Manual labor to keep you in shape.

Cons

Again... every shop varies, but this was my experience. -Unfair, bottom of the barrel wages with no incentives, no bonuses (except for the franchisees) -Often intense manual labor that can be unsafe. -Absolutely no space for growth. These franchises are made to make one person happy, and that person isn't promoting anyone but themselves.

Pros

The customer base is fantastic

Cons

The owner cares more about padding his pocket than providing a quality product or respecting his employees. He called an employee a "clocksucker" because he thought she was taking to long on a project. This employee was a great worker that always stayed busy.
