      Great experience if you are new to a design career

      At the time I worked the environment was stressful and toxic with the way the CEO spoke to the employees. Not sure if it changed, its been a few years

      Good compensation, Relatively nice co-workers. Very understandable about needed time-off.

      Cons

      No benefits in terms of insurance. Very fast pace job and easy to get slammed with jobs with little turnaround. VERY small team as you are the only graphic designer working on design and print for the three different sales members who are bringing in many clients a week. Some sales members will overwhelm you with a multitude of jobs and expect you to have it done asap. You will hardly ever catch a break unless you are on top of it. Wouldn't recommend unless you are very efficient at your job and able to multitask running printers while you design. Def
