not many but you can find some good employees to commiserate with

nepotism, the franchise dynamic breeds bad behaviors through lax managerial standards, many managers play favorites with certain employees (creating employee rifts), higher management largely ineffectual corporate mentality and does not address concerns of employees, "Corebridge" tool can be easily gamed and abused.
