Couple years ago there was huge churn due to two toxic people on the team that were trying to take the office in another direction. It has caused some bad reviews unfortunately but gladly we were able to come back from that. communication between the US and Euro can be delayed Need more admin/IT on the ground in amsterdam major lack of diversity in the US sales team benefits not on the same level as US - this should be the same across the board or inline with amsterdam standards
