Pros

Management is transparent, ambitious, and highly invested in the companies success. Casual environment with lots of fun people. Small company means lots of opportunity to work hard and stand out. Coworkers often hang out together and the company sponsors catering once a week. Close to downtown and lots of great restaurants. Good work - life balance here in Santa Barbara.

Cons

Minor politics like any company. No 401K matching.

Pros

-Have the freedom to implement solutions using different technologies that we like. -Everyone plays a big part in the rapidly growing company. -Management is very friendly and open to discussions. -Very flexible hours. -Amazing, fun culture and great people to work with.

Cons

The office may get a bit loud some times, but it helps keep the office alive and energized!

Pros

Easy-going, fun, relaxed environment with approachable management and open office plan. Great office location in downtown SB, with fully stocked kitchen and weekly lunches.

Cons

Some growing pains and management turnover. Open floor plan can be loud and distracting at times. Not a lot of upward mobility. Compensation is not competitive.
