Pros

Easy to obtain an entry-level full time position. It's also a great place to work during school as they are flexible with schedules, no weekends and pay part time competitively (likely due to MN wage laws for the most part).

Cons

Everything is set up for the sales field so roles at corporate are left in the dust. Poverty line compensation with a bonus structure built off of nothing that you can influence unless you're in sales. They can (and will) reduce your bonus at any time due to market conditions - no other company does that, considering your bonus is not actually an incentive bonus but rather is half of the pay you're counting on to feed your family. Most of the people you have to work with are completely incompetent and have zero motivation to do a better than average job. Why would they when they get paid so horribly? I guess I can't blame them. It's an extremely frustrating place to be day after day when you actually care about your work and improving the company - sooner or later everyone else's negative attitudes and morale starts rubbing off on you too and next thing you know you're here writing a review and searching for a new job.

Pros

I had great colleagues to work with. Worked close to home

Cons

Very Poor Upper Management . "you asked, we did it" That moto should actually read " we took it, and now we are kind of giving it back, but not really" Who do you think your fooling Lee?? Apparently the job description for a dm is to sit behind their laptop all day (for the most part from the comforts of their home) and tell you to go out and have big days. They somehow expect you to go out in one or two days go from 25% of goal to 75%. This usually occurs the last few days of the month after they start to panic because their district is not on pace to hit goal. When the DM does make his way to the branch, they usually end up sitting in the branch doing god knows what. Readers digest version is that DMs have know clue what is actually going on in any of their branches book of business because they can't get out from behind the laptop long enough to go out and help making actual sales calls with their managers. That would then require them to take responsibility which they clearly pass the buck.

Pros

Great training and general knowledge of how to run a business. Good stepping stone company to start at.

Cons

Your commission structure seems to change every quarter. So often you never really understood how it worked. District Managers never pay you what you are worth regardless of your score card.
