I'm going to try and make this short and to the point. Mansco has lost around 20 amazing employees due to the insanity of Fastenal abruptly stopping our use of our prior ERP Sage. We have lost large customers, countless product, our "processes" are HORRIBLE. We are given 0 notice on important decisions that effect the company; i.e stopping our quoting program, taking away our old erp, With absolutely nothing to take it's place. I have no idea how Fastenal is still in business. This company is so poorly managed and everyone who is given a company vehicle is too blinded to see its flaws. The amount of work that is piling on current employees is sickening. I am truly afraid that we are going to lose more employees in the upcoming months, and they won't be replaced. Rumors are circulating that the landlord will not sell to Fastenal as the lease is expiring in two years. They don't take care of the building, the place is a disgusting hole. Lawsuits galore. Fastenal is sue happy but it ends up turning around on them. I have never worked anywhere so disorganized and pathetic.

Pay is low compared to competitors and the commission is changed whenever employees start getting great commissions. Went three years without a raise before quitting. DM would say "if you sold x amount daily you'd get a better commission" Very numbers based, no sense of loyalty from management.
