      For part time, it's a great place to start your career.

      To promote for one position to others can take time, also you will be required to have very good terms with managers

      Pros

      Great training programs, great work environment, fast paced, you learn a TON, opportunity to learn several different functions, recieving, shipping, billing, sales, retail management, etc. Great resume builder for sales experience.

      Cons

      Lack of opportunity to move up because they have slowed down opening new stores. Seems to be that unless your manager leaves or is promoted, you may never get promoted. If you do a good job at one store and make your sales high - it is unlikely they will transfer you to another position in fear the store that you are at will suffer sales when you leave.
