      Pros

      Not a difficult job, company truck while at work, excellent product, no weekends.

      Cons

      50 hour work weeks, you don't just sell you have to do it all from run the store, stock the shelves, clean, collections, while trying to do your own job.

      Pros

      Great training ground for someone to get their feet wet for sales. Good training in product sourcing. Good sales training theory assets. If you get a good manager you can make enough to live on and learn a lot.

      Cons

      Terrible pay, terrible job security, terrible commissions. I worked here for 5 years including part time experience before taking a chance and changing companies. Nearly doubled my yearly salary in one job change. They will fire or move you in a very short amount of time in order to prevent you building too deep a relationship with customers and be in a place to expect a higher salary.
