Pros

- Flexible work schedule - Good pay relative to other part-time jobs +Started at $8.50 hourly and was raised to $10.00 after ~18 months - Given more responsibility than most jobs - Good resume builder - Developed some sales/telephone skills

Cons

- Work can be repetitive - Often dealt with customers who are not very bright - Required you to dress semi-business casual but often got dirty on the job - Long hours, stores are typically open 7:30am - 5:00pm

Pros

Can move up quickly in the company (at least at the store level) Lots of resources (almost too many) Get weekends off.

Cons

Compensation not clearly stated. Training is not very good. Basically, you have to teach yourself or hope you have a good co-worker to teach you the system.
