      Growth within the company good experience given accounts I can't think of anymore pros to fastenal

      Cons

      Very low pay compared to rest of industry Very Poor management Wrong people get promoted Very little time off Expected to work hard and long hires for pay that is less than I received in the military They don't give raises but say you get a raise through commission and the commission is lacking by far compared to any other real sales position, entry-level or not.

      This is a good place to learn how to run a buisness. Good resume builder. Training program is realy good.

      Cons

      The hours are too long for the base pay. You have to many unrealistic goals to meet every month. The shipping system is terrable.
