Pros
This depends on which team you end up in, but I was fortunate to get a great Manager and had a great team. I met some really awesome people here.
Cons
Just like most reviews on here, it's the Pay! If someone Google search the average salary for the job title, Fastenal pays well under than the 25th percentile for that category. This is a place to start a career, but not a place where someone experienced will end up. Most people will leave for other company due to pay and this has been the trend for over a decade. (i learned about this from reading reviews and talking to employees who's been there a long time) A lot of people with 0-2 years of experience, but VERY few people with 3+ yrs. Also, a lot of things in IT falls behind because of high turnover.
