Pros

Full time employees get 40 hours a week. You get vacation/sick time from the day you start.

Cons

Pay is low. Management is terrible. And upper management only cares about themselves and the bottom line, when a department saves money the manager gets a bigger paycheck. Management also cares little about their employees' advancement. Good luck getting a raise.

Pros

Provides basic entry level experience for someone directly out of school.

Cons

They do not pay you a living wage for any of their jobs. When you are hourly, you make $12.00 an hour which is a impossible to live off of. Their sallary jobs force you to work atleast fifty hours a week and again you make next to nothing for your efforts $30,000-$40,000. This company is a stepping stone to gain experience in order to get an actual job and nothing more.
