The scientists are all very friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, hardworking. The science is cool. The facilities and resources are nice. There are onsite gym classes. Benefits and pay are great.

Cons

Upper management promotes a workaholic culture. Favoritism and sexism are an issue. Constantly shifting priorities and inefficient planning leads to wasting time and resources.
