Pros

The iPSC platform is great. The science being developed at Fate is solid, exciting and promissing. The physical infrastructure of the facilities, lab and office areas is very good. Pay is competitive and benefits package is great. Other reviews mention a toxic environment, but I haven’t experienced that. I imagine this might be related to specific groups/managers.

Cons

As with other growing companies, timelines can make the workload very intense at times.
