Pros

I've been Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams and Realty Executives. Best business decision in my 17 year career to join Fathom. Culture is amazing. My office is exactly the kind of office I've always wanted to work in. I run my business the way I want to run it and brand myself the way I want to brand. Fees are so minimal, I can afford to help a client who truly needs help. We are truly valued as agents, proven regularly as leadership constantly strives to do more for us and make our lives better. The technology, mentoring and support are second to none. I couldn't be happier working at Fathom and will be part of this company for the remainder of my career.

Cons

Truly no cons. I wish I hadn't given so much of my hard earned commission dollars to the other companies I've worked for over 10 years. Imagine keeping the money you worked so hard to earn - what a concept!!

Pros

Fathom has been an superb environment for me to build my Real Estate team in! They have been very supportive and provided me quick responses whenever I have a question. The technology they have provided to make my job easier as an agent is top notch and very user friendly. I also have been very impressed with the open door that they have when we have suggestions to tweak and make Fathom Realty it even better. I have substantially grown my personal and my team's production while being at Fathom Realty and highly recommend them! Also, now we are "Agent Owned" that means they help me earn shares of our company just for doing the same work I would be doing anyway. They didn't have to offer this to us agents, but they did! To me, that speaks volumes about their leadership and culture!

Pros

Honesty, integrity, and a culture of selfless service are what drew me to Fathom and makes me never want to leave. The 100% compensation model ensures that I can reinvest my earning in growing my own business instead of paying for expensive office space and mandatory fees like other firms. Fathom Realty is smart about investing in cutting-edge technology platforms that help me streamline my business and leverage my time in a way that has improved my quality of life.

Cons

Because Fathom does not have expensive offices with high overhead, some agents do not feel that they can be successful without the office environment both for them and their clients. Personally, I don't miss the mandatory meetings and office chatter that detract from daily activities that would actually help me grow my business. And my clients are happy to meet at a local coffee shop or in a home we are viewing together. The reality is that meeting at a real estate office does nothing for them or me. I would rather reinvest the commissions that I have been able to keep at Fathom in renting my own space if I found that I wasn't able to work independently or that it somehow helped my clients...but I have discovered that I don't need it and my clients don't either!
